I recently received offer from Github (Grade 7) and Nutanix (MTS3), and need help in evaluating which one would be better. Apart from TC, I'm also looking for better career growth and work life balance.
Following is the breakup of both the offers
Github: 23.5L base + 31/4L stocks + 5L first year joining + 5L second year joining + 4.4L performance bonus = 40.6L average TC for first 2 years
Nutanix: 27L base + 57/4L stocks + 7L first year joining = 44.2L average TC for first 2 years
Current TC: 22L (16 base) Amazon
YOE: 2

Github offers msft shares, and are by far superior to the feeble growth rate of ntnx shares.
Github is remote, so there is absolutely no question of wlb as it's in your hands.
And yes, being a remote offer, OP can easily scale nutanix offer in a year at the comfort of his home
@walmart_1 I have learned that every recruiter job is to say offer gonna expire in x days but that is never the case. Even with Amazon I rejected them initially and then went back within 6 months without interviews. So, I really don't care about offer expiry. Now regarding my timeline, not all the offers were close but I kept the recruiters hanging by saying random things like give me some more time to evaluate the offer, I need to talk with my mentor family, setup call with HM, I'm currently interviewing at other places, etc.
I found https://youtu.be/fyn0CKPuPlA video helpful for negotiation.
