Just got an offer as L4 Software Engineer (iOS) and wanted to know your opinion about it.
YOE: 7 years
Previous experience: Non-FAANG, all the time iOS Software Engineer
TC: 230k ( Base: 160k + Stock: 35k + Bonus: 35k )
I would want to know if you consider as a good offer or should I take it?
I am waiting for other competing offers from Zurich also.
I was informed there is a huge request of iOS SWE and I should expect more than other branches.
Also, which is the expected increase of salary per year in Zurich? (in percentage)

You'll get refreshers every year with 4 year vesting schedule, so your TC will grow just due to them for first four years. Then, bam, vesting cliff, and that's your cue to jump to a different FAANG
- expect no raise without a promo or changing position / maybe project
- other FAANG companies usually will have a better offer in order to convince to change
