Got an S1 offer from HubSpot ($160k base, 60k RSUx3, 10k sign on).
Their stock price is low right now, I'm thinking of joining April 4th, but wondering if I should join March 21st instead.
I want some time to relax, but also don't want to miss out on the low price, any opinions?

Think about it this way:
If the stock continues going down before you join, then great entry.
If the stock starts performing well, then you might be joining as things turn around, which is also great.
Don't worry about a few %. Take your time and relax.
It isn’t exactly doing too bad. It only ever did „much better“ between august-december last year.
Not sure it’s worth making decisions based on that. It could potentially fall further.
Anyway no point timing a market
