      You won't find anything in Playa/MDR that was built in the last 30y for under 2500 anymore (maybe a studio but I doubt it). Luxury being rock counters, wood floors and stuff, new (last 10y), no homeless all over the place, no section 8. That'll run you 3k in Playa/MDR nowadays.

      Technicians will make the same or more hourly than engineers at Elons companies due to 75-80hr ave work weeks and weak labor laws.

    Comp isnt the biggest factor. working for a small company right now, working crazy hours on crap projects for 150k base and profit sharing (but dont trust them to pay out honnestly).
