I gave my onsite few days back at Capgemini (for ML engineer) and expecting an offer. I'm curious that how is the work culture of Capgemini and if someone has worked or know stories about Capgemini work culture, can you please share here.

I'm super confused, I'm also expecting another offer from Series A start up, they already mentioned that pay will be <80 k as they're still growing.

I believe Capgemini will give similar TC.

Current TC: 0
yoe: 2 years, New grad

Capgemini or any consulting company don't have their culture. They are body shops and whatever client you work for, you will adopt the second citizen policy culture of that client

Go for the start up. It can be stressful, daunting, adventurous and rewarding. If not you can always jump. Like @wasdijkl said, too early for stability. Seek knowledge and skills. For grads such companies can be one of the least rewarding place to be in. Don't go by the marketing videos

Capgemini should pay more than that if you over exaggerate your experience

Work culture is similar to any other service based org but I’ll suggest you to join the startup if you’re a risk taker coz you’ll learn extraordinary things in a start up and will upgrade your skills to another level and then after few years you can get a massive package. You’ll be doing usual stuff in Capgemini.
P.S I don’t have ML experience but been working with capg for last 7 yrs.
