I have a technical phone screen set up a month or so from now. I've been practicing all kinds of problems. Mostly on leetcode. Easy, medium and a few hard ones here and there. I have also been doing mock interviews on pramp. What else can I do to prepare? What does Airbnb look for at this stage?

Airbnb is pretty big on culture-fit: look up their company values and think about examples that demonstrate those values. At a high-level, they care about prospective employees being 'good hosts' - people who treat others well; believe in thinking through details; delight; going the extra mile; generally good people.
For the PS: def prep for 3 questions
- why Airbnb? Tie it to being pumped about their mission; opportunity for having impact.
- what makes someone a good Airbnb host? (Similar to my notes about)
- how would you describe Airbnb in 1-2 sentences? Make your answer about the community that Airbnb brings together; don't just say it's a transaction platform for booking accommodation (while factually right it makes it less tied to the mission)
