i have veen getting messages that rally health is a shady company and that i should not join, ralliers please comment on the same.

    If you think they will not start GC them yeah, don’t join, but that’s for every company. Talk to your recruiter and HM, and they can guide you.

    Also, how many years you have for H1-b and have you completed 140 process with other company ? Which location you are joining? If you are not sure and think you can score any tier1/2/3 then go ahead. Rally is good but can be better in culture and TC terms.

      Gyrogerlos, I have 4yrs left on h1b, I don’t have i140 yet, also I read bad reviews on Glassdoor, almost every review had a very big bad review. So, I think I will pass, I am happy at CapitalOne other than the fact that I cannot initiate my i140 here

  • Not sure what you mean by not starting green card processing. Did a hiring manager tell you this? You should talk to the hiring manager. I have worked at a FANG and rally health was no different in terms of GC processing if you are someone I really want to hire.
