I was reading on Blind a couple of days ago about somebody scooping up mobile home parks in Alabama, and how that inflates the #rents for everyone. Are they now out of #land to put up new mobile home parks in Alabama and sell them to rich investors from California? Any day now the last swamp in Florida will be sold to someone and that will be it.
Sounds like there's going to be a blowoff top wherein a ton of late #investors get left with the bag while actual #home seekers are left way in the dust. Then I guess the question is how far does it drop until #homeowners step back in to buy.

Here in Seattle, I've seen a bunch of houses get bought up way over listing price, then get out up for sale again a few months later for even higher (without any flips or improvement)
The state changed laws so they can develop previously protected swamp land.
