Getting an offer at Harness for Senior IC tc300. I have an only concern about the diversity cause all my interviewers, hiring manager, director and CEO are Indians. I am not biased against any nationality but such imbalance in diversity looks a bit suspicious.

Also, any hints on WLB and work satisfaction from current #harness folks?

    Engineering is mostly Indian(as with most good tech orgs), but generally very nice people. WLB is a hit and miss.
    Sales, CS, product is a very mixed diaspora. Diversity is pretty decent

    Story of most enterprise companies founded in the bay area. Engineering is usually less diverse. Nutanix, Cohesity, Thoughtspot, DevRev, Rubrik, Clumio, Confluent, the list goes on. Network effort and also skillset/interest matches.

    Engineering is mostly Indians. Rest of the teams like sales etc are completely opposite.
    I think it could be just network effect, because of the founders and first few engineers being mostly Indians.
