I have the following offer from Cisco (Duo Security).
Grade 8, Site Reliability Engineer, Austin, TX.
Base 130k, 12% annual bonus, 130k RSUs, no sign-on.
As per Levels.fyi and compared to my current TC, the compensation looks very good to me.
Should I have negotiated for more? also, need info on how the RSU and annual bonus works.
Current TC: ~79k in Austin, TX

Peace ✌️
Just a few things to consider:
1. SRE role at Cisco is just a fancy term for production support.
2. Once you join, don't expect raises unless you get a promo or are in your Manager's good books
3. Push for a sign on. They usually give around 15k
