Lucky to have received 3 offers for SWE L4 roles by above companies. Comp is similar and I’m wondering what to choose among those.
Google has great brand and even though I won’t be joining any crazy cool team, the company itself has the best technologists in the world (although I’m not sure how much of that will be tangible given how big). A bit worried about growth speed too. Not too flexible about wfh. Maybe too corporate/big.
Datadog has very cool technologies and people seemed nice too, stock is doing great. It’s a lesser known brand and maybe the type of work is a bit too niche/specific.
Airbnb has a very nice culture, I think very good internal growth opportunities and overall I think will do great as a company. Probably engineering-wise is the weakest of the three.
I expect wlb to be somewhat similar on average among the 3 (at least I think for Airbnb and G, not sure about datadog).
Which one would you choose? Is there an obvious choice?
EDIT:
Current TC 150k
Offers are around 250/300k TC.

In general, people at Airbnb are well rounded (plenty of interests out of work), care about the mission, and believe in the product.
If you're just there for the tech, you may struggle to empathize with your coworkers and eventually find yourself unfulfilled.
