Hello All, I am expecting an offer from Marqeta, applied to senior software engineer but qualified as lead software engineer as per the interviewers feedback. I am going to discuss the compensation next week. How much can we expect for Lead software vs Senior software? Current TC: 120000 + 15% bonus #Marqeta

Did the recruiter provide your numbers?
actually i heard numbers from the recruiter, base looking at 185k, 15% bonus and 250k RSUs pending approval.

Hi, how was your interview experience?
Marqeta ghosted me after an offer almost 7 years ago. Start date came and went, no information about bg check or other onboarding, recruiter wouldn’t answer calls, nothing. Ended up somewhere else at 1.3x their offer, but seriously pissed me off.
