Hello Blinders,
What are the expectations of TPM’s in your company? Are you expected to code at all? This could at include querying data and providing insights? Or your title is TPM because you are working on a technical product which is used by other engineers and data scientists?

    As a technical product manager, the only difference would be that you're expected to work on a product that's technical. Coding is handy to analyze data, or validate and test your own product. Wouldn't expect the product manager to code on the product itself.

  • At GM, TPMs (very few albeit) are mostly a mix of Product Manager and Scrum Masters.
