Not saying OP didn't crack it, but this is just spreading false information.
we have some solid systems implemented and the documentation is thorough. i went deep into understanding certain components. grokking only helped with the technique of answering system design questions.

FB interviews are somewhat easier (especially than G), so it's not super hard to crack E6.
But the question is are you actually technically competent and mature to be E6 ? E6s are expected to ramp up in very little time and start making wide impact. FB moves pretty fast and has a cut-throat PSC culture.
If you don't hit the ground running and start delivering impacts within the first 6 months or so, be prepared for a PIP. Management is ruthless especially to E6s when it comes to not meeting expectations.
I have a ton of experience with the latter, but kind of struggled with LC to get up to speed on DSA stuff (even though I still code 30-40% of the time now, I don't do DP or graph traversals ever at my job). FWIW, product and systems design interview rounds I smoked.
(Not asking if you think I'll get an offer, that's up to chance, but curious in terms of potential failure if I do get the job)
