I have a google internship offer but I am not sure if I should take this offer if there are high chances to get a L3 role. I can apply again for L4 position after graduating (masters) as I have around 6 years prior experience.
I have heard that interns mostly convert to L3 and its rare to get L4 position during conversion.
Can any of the Googler's shed light on the process of getting L4 position after internship?

As for google, I am not sure if interns can request for L4 interviews if they get a return offer.
