There is a consistent job level (ic vs ict and 3-6) and how that maps to pay, bonus, etc (the ranges are similar). But how that’s applied varies.
If you shared the org, we could at best guess if it maps to ICT5 but based on YOE and title, it would be reasonable that the level is ICT5– but also can technically fall under ICT4 (given the large pay bands between them).
