Most folks here don’t have the soft skills for consulting. CSA is way harder. Undefined goals, dealing with ambiguous people, untangling decades old processes.... honestly submitting CLs and writing design docs is relative easy. Even collaboration is easier with engineers. But dealing with business people at the same time? Ouch.
