Recently applied for a SWE and FDSE Internship at Palantir, didn't even get an interview with this CV.

PS: This CV got me interviews tor internships at Google, Snap and Twitter. (They went well)
Also, I applied for the London office.

How can I improve?

TC: 5k monthly (intern)

Lol, your company had to literally name itself “Reliable Software” for people to believe it.

Haha coz you suck, you are bashing a company now? Either way your RC skills suck. A company name will not change your poor RC skills anyway. Nice try though by changing the topic 😂

Did you really put "CTO" of what basically looks like a side project?

without details already suggested, reads like a few powerpoint slides were made for a club project. obviously not the case, but maybe you can look at resumes of others, resumes of people at startups. you were correct to ask for critique. good move.

"Did you really put "CTO" of what basically looks like a side project?" That phrasing was perfectly structured, lol, wow. Anyways for the OP, sounds like it is a serious company, congrats. But i wanted to call out the comedic genius. @weasel

You know looking at your resume it’s pretty hard to put a finger on what you’re good at. And I would recommend to move education in the end. Put education in the beginning only if that’s like Oxford cum laude.

Got it. I don’t know anything about the school OP went to, I assumed it was decent.

Maybe I’ve had it easy because of my brand name school then. I had my education before experience until I had 2 yoe.

He went to a respectable Welsh University with a rich history, but it’s not in top rankings for computer science discipline.
Brand name school definitely helps to get good internship.

Your resume is decent, but that’s just a piece of the puzzle. For example, I submitted my resume to Microsoft careers web site and never heard anything. While I constantly hear recruiters from google, Facebook, amazon, apple, etc on LinkedIn asking to interview me.

Who sees your resume is more important.

Don’t worry about Palantir. Imo they look bad on a resume.
