Microsoft (IN) increment n Bonus.

I joined MS leaving Amazon, and took lesser salary then Amazon (had to leave Amazon due to mental harassment)
It's my First review process at MS, in 1.3 years, What is Microsoft India's average Increment and Bonus? I have done projects,solved many client bugs, but in Connect, manager has written both Good n bad thing about them. Is it typical the MS thing ??
I also feel, I have been low ball both in terms of destination and CTC at MS
YOE : 8, SDE2(61)
CTC : 25+5(share) + 5 yearly Bonus

    How did the recruiter release offer without giving hike your Amazon TC?

      Interview was good , but in same team last year I gave interview and I rejected offer, this time they incremented few bucks, n they new I will join Post Amazon (they know that people leave Amazon n join MS due to harassment n torture endured at Amazon)

      Why do Amazon people are so desperate to leave that they take such a low offer from msft?Msft is very bad too at this point
      They have done their case study that on why Amazonian join msft. They played well with low offer. It hardly reaches 30.What was so pathetic? Was it work? Pressure? Pip?

      Amazon has pathetic work culture, u'll be eventually treated as slaves. Managers have their goals to pip u , (6% from whole l6/7 level org, ie 3-4 small team) so they will always try find scrapgoat rather then push you to achieve especially L5 magers, they will play a lot politics, if I say about me she onboarded me over project which was already on delay and I trusted her, work project to get completed and she eventually blammed me for delayed project and I didn't had any proof that I was onboarded later. Such are many examples with others and tell you HR policies support such managers. They don't care SDE1/2s they come n go.
