I’ll be interning in SF this summer, and I’m struggling to find a place.

Does anyone plan on listing their 2-3 bed apartment anytime soon?

    Look at alternate options such as Craigslist (people are more likely to list sublets there, probably more next month as some students begin to leave SF schools for the summer) furnished Finder, VRBO, etc. also if your company gives out free Caltrain passes, then peninsula cities along the Caltrain line might make sense as backups. Also downtown Oakland is only 15 minutes from SF via Bart. I lived In Oakland and commuted to the city for a while.

    @NW=181M I was expecting a nasty comment about living in Oakland but not anything about getting life insurance.
    Life insurance doesn’t help with a murderous roommate.
