I have got offers from both Amazon and Roblox
Both TC are almost the same. While Roblox wants to come to the office to Bay Area, Amazon's location is in Arlington which is near to where I live.
I have recently read negative comments about Amazon (mostly PIP) but the comp looks attractive and I can save more being on the east coast.
The Roblox WLB looks good and the company seems to have a bright future.

Amazon TC: 170K Base, 125K RSU, 50K SignOn
Roblox TC: 205K Base, 110K RSU, No Bonus
It's pretty confusing to choose.
Any thoughts?

Roblox is a lot younger and will have interesting problems to solve. No signing bonus is kind of weak. I would take the higher base salary imo.
