Travel from Red zone country to UK

Hi all,
Hope you’re well.
I am under the process to get a skilled worker visa to the UK but I am in a red zone country.

So id like to understand whether I am eligible to go the UK on the skilled worker visa from red zone countries.

I know I will need to quarantine and that sucks a lot too.
