Looking for Referrals in Vancouver (Or Canada)
As the title suggests I'm looking for Referrals for jobs in Canada.
I'm an SDE2 working at one of the Amazon Vancouver offices. Fell in dev plan currently. The deadline was in late March. Last week I heard from my manager that the deadline was extended to early May since I was meeting the bar and my manager wants me to continue meeting the bar. Also, he mentioned that he thought informing deadline extension to me right away would make me stressed out, and didn't tell me until I explicitly told him "I'm worn out, this affects my performance now. I planned to wait for the result then take a week of time off, and it is taking forever. What's happening here?"[1]
The problem is I had been working overtime for almost a month to get out of it and the deadline had extended, I don't think I can get through this - I'm burnt out and need some vacation.
For now, I got an interview suggestion for a position in EA Vancouver from a recruiter who is a former employee[2]. Since it's not a solid offer yet I think I should find some more interview opportunities[3]. Vancouver is optimal but other places in Canada will work great I guess[4]. At least better WLB than Amazon should be fine (as I mentioned I think I'm kinda in a burnout state and may need some breathing room)
If you are willing to provide a referral or recruiter contact(s), please DM me or leave a comment here and I'll DM for more details. Thank you.

TLDR: Facing a PIP crisis, looking for a referral in the Canada area, preferably Vancouver. Thank you!

[1] Is the situation like this common? if someone meets the bar for dev plan requirement I think their manager should get them out of it - is that me who doesn't have a common sense? I'm still confused.
[2] Before Amazon, I worked for a multiplayer online game available on Steam. Not a client or rendering programmer, the game's lobby system is basically a .NET Core microservices with Angular frontend, on AWS.
[3] Actually I applied for an SE position in Tableau Software from their web, but I'm aware that this kind of application does not guarantee interviews
[4] Need discussion with my spouse for relocation

- Failed to get out from dev plan and PIPed. My manager intentionally didn’t tell me the issue which would delay my sprint task, even he was aware of that issue
- Just chose to leave. The PIP introductory document had some serious issue and I got an updated version 4 days after, but they didn’t extend the deadline for the decision (leave vs get improved)
- I accepted an offer from EA Vancouver
