Currently at Broadcom , 15 yoe, TC 290k (base 165, RSU 100) and just interviewed at Apple. I’m expecting them to make me an offer, but not sure what to expect or how hard to negotiate. Thoughts? #semiconductor #hardware #interview

Are you coming from Irvine? Then you should expect more considering cost of living here. It is hard to negotiate with Apple unless you are ready to turn down. Be strong on what you want. Keep it as ‘I’m deserved’ attitude than ‘I request’ .
All the best!
I hope you get an ICT5 offer. Target RSU 300k

And regard the question of negotiation, it’s not hard (at least wasn’t for me). However they will not give you big increases. I negotiated my offer originally asked for extra 40k but got 25k extra most of them were added to the RSU.
