Need help deciding between Oracle vs Microsoft offers

Total YOE = 18
Oracle (OCI) - Director role managing a ~40+ employee organization
Base pay - $250k
RSUs - 17,500 (vesting 25% every year over 4 years)
Sign-on bonus - $45k for first year and $45k for second year
TC = ~623k @ stock price of $75
Microsoft Azure - M1 role managing SDEs
Base pay - $235K
RSUs - 750K (vesting 25% every year over 4 years)
Sign-on bonus - $140k for first year and $140k for second year
+ Potential performance bonus every year @20% (estimate) = $45k
TC = ~609k
On paper Oracle looks better on TC & scope but not sure about Work-life balance, work culture, other benefits etc...

Would be at oci with bump in role and I believe their stock when it touches 52 week high again could boost your rsu by easy 200-300k more which is superb IMHO.
You can always jump back after a year or two with the title around
