Hey Bangalore,
I'm a fresher - '22 grad, and I have 2 offers rn, both in Bangalore
Cisco - 18 TC (12 fixed)
Setu.co - 21 TC (16 fixed)
I haven't been told the role at Cisco yet - could be application developer or networks dev, I know my role at Setu (backend dev) and I'm quite happy with it.
I was also looking forward to the startup ecosystem and culture, but I don't know too much about Setu yet, couldn't find anything on Blind
However, I'm also worried that Cisco has a huge brand name while Setu is still relatively unknown, and it might help for my next job or masters, and I'm not sure what the right choice is. What are your experiences and thoughts on this?
