Growth generation or Bubble generation?!

Talking to many seniors and looking into data, I see that the NW I have collected in 5 years, thanks to stock appreciation and inflated TC in Tech surpasses what average “elite americans” would have collected in 20_30 years!

If you had bought S&P in 1997, fast forward to 2009, you wouldn’t have gained 1%! This was a normal window(not cherry-picking the worst window! e.g. 1999-2009 would have been a great loss! )...

Nobody even knows it when you are in a “bubble”! Not even once it bursts! After many years, people start coining a time in the past with the term “Bubble”! All the bubbles share a fact though: many people make fundamental arguments that there is a “real fundamental” reason behind the GROWTH!

This is a warning to myself: don’t ever think that life is like what you have experienced in the past 5 years!

This is a question to myself: Should I just put everything in bond as I am in Max-Min point of my utility??! Min might hit you harsh, once you are chasing further climb!

Just a food for thought! What do you think?

PS: It applies far more to tech stocks+salaries!
