Interviewing at Intuit

Oct 12, 2020 6 Comments

I’m in a 2nd round interview for a Technical Project Manager role at Intuit.

Since Intuit has a very strenuous interview process are there any current TPMs that can give solid advice on how to ace these interview rounds? Was recently laid off and really need this opportunity. #tech #interview #projectmanager #intuitcareers

    1) pay very close attention to the skills and values the recruiter says are being evaluated. these are the exact criteria the team will rate you against. make sure you demonstrate every one in your presentation. 2) spend as much time as you can on your case presentation and make sure your slides are pretty. we make a lot of slides at intuit; it’s a critical skill. 3) be positive and enthusiastic. it’s a yes-man culture of people pretending to be happy and you need to seem like you’ll fit in. despite all that, it’s a good place to work with good comp and wlb. good luck!

    Stop interviewing, and look elsewhere
No point entering the political shithole called Intuit till there’s some changes in executive leadership
