Facebook refresher & bonus prorate
If you join FB in the middle of the year (e.g., April), I heard that they prorate the annual bonus (8/12 * X where X is the expected bonus because you work only 8 months during the year). Is this true for stock refresher as well?
Doesn't FB pay out bonuses twice a year though?
