Interviewed at WeWork in NYC.
Know I’m currently somewhat underpaid in my current role, about 160k TC right now with ~2 YoE. ICT3.
Want to move to NYC but am unsure if taking a role at WeWork would be beneficial for my career. Expecting a 4-5% raise + RSU refresher in Oct, though the refresher isn’t a given.
They’re giving a lot of promises on upward growth since they’re expanding a lot right now. Haven’t received the offer yet, but wanted some thoughts on whether it’d potentially be worth it to leave and what kind of comp I should really be looking at to justify it?

Google is a no go right now–got rejected from a split decision some months ago so I’d have to wait to reapply. Also, the role that I work is not common in NYC. Most of the people in my area are in the Bay Area so I don’t think Facebook is an option, though I can certainly look into it. I have a few connections there.
