    yes. it does. ideally it start with you being a contractor and then if you prove yourself worthy, a GC and conversion to a FTE is done for you.. How long does it take? Depends...

    It does but it is not common. High level approvals are needed and most hiring managers avoid going through such trouble. Quite likely the resume will go to the bin before a recruiter looks at it. But if the initial discussion with the recruiter has happened with the awareness of needing a h1b transfer then all good.

    Yes i have seen a number of folks hired full time. but it can take a while. most or all ive seen come as contractors and then converted. i have seen it range from a year to 5 years+.

    but honestly, i think optum doesnt do a good job of really converting. or maybe they just dont care.

    if you are coming jn hopes if being converted, then just be aware it might be a while.
