Everyone knows face time for discussions, onboarding, mentoring, design is way more effective than remote. But the baseline is now remote and if you want us to RTO, why not just pay a premium? I'll definitely consider RTO for a 25% increase. 3 days in office is basically full time cuz who goes to office on Fridays.
I'm looking at you Google, Apple.
