I am having trouble deciding to jump ship to SpaceX. They offered 220k TC and in my current job I am at 230k TC. I want to work on something meaningful but I am also worried about the financial risk.

  I am worried about the growth between the two companies. I want to be able to sell the equity as soon as I can so I put into purchasing a new home. My current position has some nice opportunities and I have a good manager. SpaceX also has good opportunities and a very interesting product. This battle between products to design and develop features for becomes anxiety inducing without a good financial incentive.
