How is your company's C-suite handling the Great Reshuffle?

To be transparent I am pretty biased against our CTO.

Recently our CTO had an Q&A and the inevitable question about attrition comes up again. He mentioned a few things about things are looking up from Oct to Nov and getter hiring numbers. Then he goes and say we know a bunch of folks that went to companies like Robinhood, Pelton and DocuSign that saw their stock declined by 50% and that would decrease the number of folks leaving since the upside is less. Although I am pretty sure the offer packages from these companies are still way better.
I honestly don't think a 50% drop is much compared to the 50 to 80% TC delta of leaving GoDaddy but that's not I am in interested in chatting about. It feels petty to trash ex-employees' new companies, not that GoDaddy stock have done well at -16%, especially at the C-suite .
