lab126 yearly refreshers?

considering an offer from Lab126 for L6 TPM. can someone from Lab126 or amazon share their annual performance stuff? my base is capped so dont think will get base increase? how much stocks and cash bonus L6 Tpm SW gets? offer 370K 13 YOE

Amzn l6 base caps at 230k afaik.. you can move on sign on bonus and RSUs balancing out with the backloaded vesting.. is this in bay? Seems low

for tpm it is. There is no yearly refresh. Your TC will remain as is. If stock growth is less than 15% yoy then a tiny amount of stock refresh you will get

370k is definitely over band for L6 so you won’t get any increases in salary until promotion. Even then, 370k is in the middle L7 band.
