Seems like a standard senior offer. You could mayb negotiate some extra rsu or SO but not too much
282 is not a bad way to start of as a SSE. If you plan on remaining as meeting expectations this isn't bad for four years even with no refreshers. But you should be aiming to get to staff in a couple of years anyway. Also with *real* DTO and indays and July and dec week long shutdown you are looking at an extra month of "no work" time each year! Hope you can put your free time to better use than work can!
