does anyone know LinkedIn’s stance on remote employees? I live in Austin but interested in their marketing roles
Must be staff level and have an established reputation internally to be considered for remote work. Very very little to no chance of being hired into a remote role. Our documentation is horrible, I can’t imagine trying to inboard a remote worker 😵
I don't think there are written rules about this. It's basically up to your director/vp. But in general I noticed that an employee has to have a good perf rating before they can do remote. Staff is not a requirement. I know multiple seniors who do remote (and some got promoted to staff while remote)
Why are you leaving indeed
Lack of growth and “meaningful” work
