10+ years work experience, but not interviewed in the last 5+ years. Starting my preparations, interviewing at few large (Google, FB), mid (Pinterest, Salesforce), and small companies. I dread the process now that I've gone so long without interviewing. I hear several companies now use coderpad & expect your code to compile & execute.. very different from how things were 5+ years ago!
Any suggestions in how to prepare. I'll be looking at higher-end if Senior or lower end of Staff SWE.

For coding, CtCI is a good warmup. One stop should I found programcreek.com top 10 algorithms to be a one-stop shop (google it).
