Hi, I just got an offer from Comcast for a Senior Analyst role. I have 4+ YOE in Data Science and currently working for a small company in mid west. My current compensation is about 90k.
Comcast(Phily) has offered me after the initial negotiation:
Base:105k
Joining Bonus: 10k
yearly bonus: 8%
Stocks: 135k(no idea about vesting).
401K: 6% Match

What do you guys think of it? Thanks

    The stock looks really good compared to a Comcast engineer offer. No idea on base for analysts. Senior engineers would have higher base. Bonus 8% is the same for senior engineer level. 6% 401k match is company wide policy.

    No idea Comcast gave stock like that, I’m sure that’s standard 3 or 4 years vesting. Seems pretty good tc for analyst role at a company like Comcast.
