Upstart Offer Expected - how to negotiate RSUs due to stock fluctuations?

I am expecting an offer from Upstart for an operations role, and im really excited but I know RSUs are a large part of comp and Upstart stock has been on a crazy up and down ride.

Has anyone had experience with a company like this? Is it just what it is and hope for the best kind of situation?
