So I am joining Amazon India in a coupke of weeks. A friend of mine wants to onboard me as a advisor to his start up (necessarily I will help him with solving some problems around customer acquisition and related stuff).
In return of the same I will get some absolute equity and some founders equity.
Two things I need some advice with:
Will it be okay to have signed a parallel NDA with a registered start up (parallel to my employment at Amazon India)?
Secondly, when someone is signing a NDA, should the payment terms of the same be signed/decided with that or that can be done later?
