My understanding is that there are two price
- preferred price which is based on the last valuation round done by investors.
- 409a price which is calculated by auditors.
It seems like 409a should be renewed at least yearly so it should be updated soon given that the last funding round was in march. Would someone who join after march get the preferred price (which is more than a year old) or the 409a price?
