Got offers from both for new grad.
Stripe comp is ~120k base + 50k signing + ~250k in stock (at 22b valuation)
Airbnb comp slightly higher in base but same signing and stock.
Which one would you take?
Edit: Forgot to mention Stripe is in Seattle and Airbnb is in SF
Edit: Stripe is about to raise its valuation based on round F funding, which means the RSUs could be worth a lot more
Edit: Airbnb is likely to IPO sooner (2020 projected) so it'll be worth some real money

Stripe is only going to grow with e-commerce.
Both companies are on very good trajectories and have real revenue to back up their valuations. AirBnb might be a little more priced in, whereas stripe seems like it may genuinely beat expectations, as long as tech doesn’t fall in on itself.
AirBnb has lost so much excitement lately. I’m optimistic but the S-1 might prove to be a dud.
