Avg recent accepted offer rates -
Base 139k
Sign on -19k
Rsu -104k
And this is the avg range, definitely get base over 140k, RSU over 100k, se2 are generally 3-4 yrs experienced, you have decent experience to even apply for senior se.
Negotiate well, and get more than the numbers I have given above.
You will not become a senior software engineer before 2.5 years anyways.
Don't tell them your current TC, then they will leverage that lower tc to bring you down. Give the above as market data and get better offer, keep us updated with newer offer.
Here is what I would settle at - RSU - 110k or above, base definitely over 145k, signon they will increase if you show slight hesitancy in accepting offer
Anyways good luck
