Base - 18 LPA
Joining Bonus - 3LPA
Stocks - 40,000 USD
Performance Bonus - 20% of Base
Is it possible to get L61 at 1.5 years of experience?
Should I negotiate on base or stocks or the level?
I've another offer from Goldman Sachs, they are offering me 23 LPA as Base.

Your MSFT TC comes around 28-29 LPA (assuming 10-15% bonus + avg stock bonus) which I would say is good for 1.5 YoE.
Which team are you going to work on in MSFT?
GS base looks standard as well, you can push for higher stocks/bonus there as well.
But I would suggest to compare the tech stack and learning factor as well. GS tech might not be that lucrative in terms of carrer growth but TC might exceed that of MSFT.
