So I am 99% positive that I got an offer from Google (Completed my onsites + 1 additional interview, that I did pretty well on, and the recruiter followed up a week later asking for some additional documents) one caveat - I already accepted and am working at a new company. I've heard you can push the Google offer back 1+ year (depending on how long team matching takes).
The question is - do I try and negotiate now even though if I do get the numbers I want, I wont be able to start for another 9months from now or do I negotiate when the date gets closer?
I also dont want to leave the current company I am at because I dont want to burn any bridges and like the work I'm doing so far.

if you negotiate now, it's only valid now
