Hi,
Could anyone from Snap help me out - how do they decide what the RSU grant price is when you join? And if it's the average from a certain number of days before your start date, does that include weekends/holidays or only days when the market is open?
Not trying to time the market too much, but would be lying if I said I don't want to at all.
I'm considering an offer:

YOE 1

Holidays, weekends, market closed days do not count in the average.
Also, congrats. What an awesome price point to come in at. I’m bullish for next quarter earnings. No way snap is not grinding hard to absolutely crush this next round after the embarrassment from Q3.
