I got offers from both Microsoft IDC and Google India for a PM role (L64 and L5 respectively). TC is almost same.
So, now my confusion is; which one offers better career/growth and WLB?
Products would be: Azure Data Factory (Purview+Synapse+DF) and Google Data Analytics (Looker+DataStudio+BigQuery).
Please let me know which of these would offer better professional growth for me 4-5 years down the line, considering the above-mentioned product lines.
Current Exp: ~15 years

I was getting carried away by few discussion/threads on WLB aspect in GCP division
Better enterprise product prospects - Microsoft (Google is really fighting for the scraps left behind by AWS and Microsoft in enterprise)
Which team in Azure Data specifically? How were your interviews? Mind sharing your experience?
Regarding team in Azure: I would mostly get the Azure Purview product (I think it is part of ADF currently!)
Interviews: Couple of rounds were purely Tech Interviews with a Dev Director and a Principal Engineering Manager respectively. And remaining rounds are all with PMs; each of which focussed on specific segments (Behavioural, Analytical, Design+Strategy respectively)
