currently a senior at LinkedIn. looking at the TC and levels, i feel I'm seriously under-levelled and under-paid. while the feedback is always along the lines of "smart, hardworking engineer who gets $hit done", It hasn't translated to real growth. dont see current projects impactful enough for staff promo. previous experiences in Msft and a couple of small product based companies. is my comp terrible? what am i missing? time to leetcode and GTFO? TC : 165/300/25/ 8-10% i think

Yeah, everybody on blind is underpaid/lowballed/downleveled. I don't know what is the reference point these people are comparing with.
165k base + 75k stocks + ~15 bonus = 255k per year
Overall and individually, it does look low. Is that 75k driven by Msft stock growth or the grant value?

you are definitely low in base. Other components in your TC may vary from company to company, so 300/25/8% is good.
Yes 3 years and counting. I deliver projects as planned. But I usually don't have a strong opinion. I'm a non-confrontational guy who likes to get stuff done quietly without flaunting my achievements.
Reference points are levels.fyi, friends who graduated with me (and working in similar companies), H1B pay scale data posted by another person on blind (it's public data) Stocks : original grant + promotion . Not counting Msft's stock performance Yearly refresh ? No. Just once for promotion.
