why is it so tough to get a job in PD or Verification for new grads? even after completing several projects and trainings - the kind which universities don’t even talk about but the industry expects- still end up without a job after several calls with the only feedback that the hiring manager expects/prefer more experiences person!

I can understand if they are anal about hiring only experienced candidates for RTL, but for PD or verif that's definitely not the case from being an insider point of view.
